About the agency

Care that starts with a real conversation.

A Minnesota-licensed home care agency built around one idea: the best care happens on the client's own terms, in the client's own home.

Our story

Founded to make quality home care personal again

Victory One Care Services was founded by Victoria Evuleocha in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, to give families a home care option they could trust from the very first call. Too often home care means a rotating cast of strangers and a schedule nobody controls. Victory One was built to be the opposite: consistent caregivers, a plan built around the client, and a team that answers the phone.

Our approach is person-centered: support for adults, seniors and people with disabilities, planned around individual needs, preferences and goals.

We are a small agency, and we intend to stay one that knows its clients by name.

Mission & philosophy

What guides every visit

Our mission

To help people remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes through compassionate, individualized, licensed care — delivered with a consistency families can rely on.

Our care philosophy

Care should adapt to the person, not the other way around. Every plan starts with listening, is reviewed regularly, and changes when the situation changes. There is no default schedule.

What we hold ourselves to

Four commitments

One

Compassion

We treat every client the way we would want our own family treated.

Two

Integrity

Clear communication, honest guidance, and follow-through on every commitment.

Three

Respect

Every care plan honours the client's independence, dignity and choices.

Four

Reliability

Consistent caregivers and dependable scheduling, visit after visit.

Person-centred, in practice

The plan follows the person

Independence is not the same thing for two people. One client wants help only with the bath. Another needs someone there every morning before work. We ask what the day already looks like, and then we fit around it.
