Who we serve

Care for every stage of independence

We work with individuals and families across a range of needs — always within the scope of our Minnesota Comprehensive Home Care License.

Person-centred, not category-centred

Two people with the same diagnosis rarely need the same help

That is why every plan on this page starts with a conversation about the individual: their home, their routine, who else is already helping, and what independence looks like to them.

The groups below describe the situations families most often come to us with. They are a starting point for the conversation, not a set of packages.

The people we support

Five situations we plan around

Seniors & Older Adults

Support for aging in place safely — from a few hours a week to daily visits — so home stays home.

Adults Needing Assistance

Care for adults managing chronic conditions, mobility limits or disability who need dependable, day-to-day support.

People Recovering at Home

Short- or longer-term help after a hospital stay, surgery or illness, while independence is rebuilt.

Individuals with Disabilities

Person-centered support that respects independence and is planned around each individual's goals and routine.

Family Caregivers

Respite and scheduled relief for the family members already carrying the day-to-day care.

Not sure where you fit?

Most families are not a clean match for one row on a list. Tell us the situation and we will say honestly whether we are the right agency for it.

Start a conversation

Within our licensed scope. Every population we serve receives care within the scope permitted by our Minnesota Comprehensive Home Care License. If a situation includes needs outside that scope, we will say so and help connect you with an appropriate resource.

For the family too

Respite is care for the caregiver

A daughter who has been doing the overnight shift for two years is a client as much as her father is. Scheduled relief is one of the most common reasons families call us, and one of the easiest to arrange.
